Massive Open Online Course: Understanding the Blue Economy

The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) in collaboration with the University of Seychelles, James Michel Blue Economy Research Institute offered an online course that started on the 26th of June 2017 to introduce the concept of the Blue Economy to a global audience. This online course forms a foundation for further learning initiatives in this area. It includes the following six units:

  • Unit 3:  Fisheries and Aquaculture
  • Unit 4:  Emerging and High Technology Sectors
  • Unit 5:  Tourism
